Good rooms at a good location Positive: Reception was friendly and prompt. The room was big and comfortable. Negative: The washing machine was broken (it had to be repaired), while not the fault of the hotel, they did have time to check and fix the issue before arrival. We were not able to do laundry because of it, a solution was found with the helpful staff (thank you!).

Great location but service is poor, renters beware Positive: The two main positives for this property are its proximity to the old Quebec in uptown, and the fact that it is a modern building with decent amenities in the units. This is our 3rd stay in this building and may be the last one due to the service quality which has clearly degraded since last year. Negative: 1) Beware that there's no flexibility for parking location, we were stuck between two concrete pillars and there are worst spots where the car is encased in concrete walls on 3 sides. 2) Reception was empty most of the times, and we saw many groups wait long in frustration. We were there for almost 3 weeks and things improved some on the last week. 3) Suggestions for improvement have been ignored: still not enough hanging bars in the restrooms, poor gym setup, living room should have a sofa bed instead of small sofas 4) This property is obsessed with water leaks and their sensors triggered many times overnight in our unit, a real annoyance.

Clean, secure building in a great location! Positive: Great location just outside the old city walls. The building was quiet and secure. The unit was clean and the common areas were spacious. The bathroom & kitchen were well stocked with all the essentials. Would stay again! Negative: The bedrooms were small and the beds were a bit hard. But still much more space than a standard hotel room.
